Service Design module, Shenkar College
Aviv was invited to establish a new elective module in Service Design at Shenkar College of Engineering and Design, delivered to BA and BSc students in the design and engineering programme.

Aviv led the development and delivery of design-related content and skills; he mentored Fellows through their consulting projects with charities, housing associations and local authorities, and in the creation of new social enterprises.

Visiting Lecturer
Aviv is regularly invited as a guest lecturer to introduce design, business and engineering students to service design and social-impact through design. This includes Imperial College. Business School, University of the Arts London, Royal College of Arts among others.
Accredited Service Design Master Trainer
Aviv is a long-time member and contributor of the International Service Design Network. He published a number of articles, spoke at conferences and was a jury member in the annual Service Design Awards. He is an accredited Service Design Master Trainer, acknowledging his expertise as a trainer and thought leader.
Design Skills Manager, Design Council
At the Design Council, Aviv worked with educators and industry to expand designers’ skills into sustainability, social change, and service design. He co-authored a strategy report on future design skills, instigated a series of debates on the subject, and co-led a delegation of academics to the US to explore cutting edge approached to education.
