Consulting

Aviv is a highly experienced service designer and facilitator who works with organisations to understand and improve services and systems through human-centred design.

Approach

Aviv's approach is grounded in a deep understanding of human experiences and interactions that is woven into collaborative, and iterative design journeys. This might involve:

  • Mapping user journeys and systems with partners

  • Co-designing new roles, pathways, or service models

  • Facilitating action-learning sprints

  • Supporting leaders to adopt new ways of thinking and working

Aviv is often invited to lead a defined piece of work, coach teams of practitioners, or contribute to wider collaborative programmes. Every project is unique, but all share a commitment to working creatively and delivering insight and lasting change.

Projects don’t always start with a neat brief. They tend to emerge through a mix of challenges and ideas, and a curiosity about how to create change. The first step is usually a conversation to figure out together what the project could look like – something ambitious, achievable, and affordable.
